Ordering:

All orders are shipped via Priority Mail (Global Priority Mail for overseas shipments.) We are required to collect a 6% sales tax for orders placed by Pennsylvania residents. If you use a credit card as your payment method, the charge will appear on your statement as coming from Joe Stoebenau Music.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order for any reason - though very rare, this statement is to protect us against fraudulently placed orders. All information we collect during the ordering process is collected securely and safely - please read on for our privacy and security information.

Joe Stoebenau Music is committed to protecting your privacy. Only limited personal information is collected about you, and that is used only to enable shopping and make return visits to the site much easier.

When you confirm an order we obviously need to take your name, e-mail address, home address, and your credit card details. This information is vital so that we are able to actually process your order, and so that we can deliver your goods. Your payment details ARE NOT stored anywhere on our web site. Therefore, you will always be asked to input your credit card details every time you place an order. It might seem like an inconvenience, but we believe this is the safest approach.

When you order online, all personal and card information is entered via a SECURE order form via our secure server, where software (Secure Socket Layer (SSL)) encrypts all data you enter before it is transmitted to us.

We will not sell any information gained via our site to any third party or organization.

On Refunds and Cancellations:

We believe in the incredible value of our product and truly stand behind the immensely valuable information it contains. Therefore we offer no refunds, returns or exchanges. However, if your purchase is defective or broken, please contact us as soon as you receive it and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.
